Controlled Substance Policy

The original doctor signed prescription is required for all controlled substances. We cannot accept doctor phoned or faxed prescriptions for controlled substances. Controlled substance prescriptions cannot be transferred to PharmNet Rx from other pharmacies. New controlled substance prescriptions are verified with the prescribing physician before dispensing. New prescriptions for controlled substances cannot be ordered by way of the Internet (online) but must be hand delivered or mailed in prior to dispensing.

This online pharmacy will only dispense a controlled substance to a person who has a valid prescription issued for a legitimate medical purpose based upon a medical relationship with a prescribing practitioner. This includes at least one prior inperson medical evaluation or medical evaluation via telemedicine in accordance with applicable requirements of section 309.
