Non-Prescription
Items Before you return a non-prescription item, please send an e-mail to Customer Service at customerservice@pharmnet.com. In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):
A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item. Orders returned after 21 days may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
