How do I return something to PharmNet?

Prescription Items
We don't accept returns on prescription items, because it's illegal for us to reuse or resell them.

Non-Prescription Items
Within 10 days of receiving your order, you may return any unopened and undamaged Non-Prescription products for a refund (minus shipping). Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Before you return a non-prescription item, please send an e-mail to Customer Service at customerservice@pharmnet.com. In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Dissatisfaction (please explain)
  • Other (please explain)

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item.

Orders returned after 21 days may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
