How long does it take?
With standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 days for new prescriptions, and 5-7 days for refills.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. PharmNet-Rx operates just like your neighborhood pharmacy, with professional, licensed pharmacists overseeing all prescriptions. Accordingly, we require a valid prescription from your physician, licensed to practice in your state of residence.

Because of the low reimbursment rates pharmacies receive from insurance companies, many retail pharmacies are forced to charge their non-insured patients more to make up the lost profits.
At PharmNet, we have avoided making contracts with the lowest reimbursing insurance companies. This way we can help the people who need the savings the most -- people without insurance.
Where do our drugs come from?

Can I use my insurance?
We accept many popular insurance plans. In many cases our prices are lower than your copayment at another pharmacy.
In the event your plan is not accepted, you may still purchase your prescriptions as Self-Pay (not using insurance) then submit your receipts directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can contact your insurance company to determine if this is an option for you.

At what point will I be charged for an order?
Your credit card will be charged ONLY AFTER your prescription has been received and verified by PharmNet-Rx.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department by phone prior to your order being shipped. Prescription drugs can not be returned once they have shipped due to federal regulations.
