How long does it take to receive my order?
With standard shipping, you should receive your
order within 7-10 days for new prescriptions, and 5-7 days for refills. For more information, please

Do I need a prescription?
Yes. PharmNet-Rx operates just like your neighborhood pharmacy, with
professional, licensed pharmacists overseeing all prescriptions. Accordingly, we require a valid
prescription from a prescriber licensed to practice in the patient's state of residence.
How do I get my prescription to PharmNet-Rx?
To make filling prescriptions easy, we can receive
your prescriptions in many different ways. You doctor may phone
or electronically submit your prescription to us. You may also
us your prescription, ask us to call your doctor, or we can
'transfer your prescription' from your current pharmacy. Please note that we do not accept
prescription attachments in email.
Where do our medications come from?
To ensure your safety, we obtain all of our medication
entirely from U.S. sources. Because of our strict standards, you can rest assured that you will receive
only the highest quality FDA approved pharmaceutical products. At PharmNet-Rx, the quality goes in,
before the cap goes on!
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no memberships, subscriptions, dues or other hidden
fees on prescriptions at PharmNet-Rx. You only pay for the medications you receive.
How do I pay?
PharmNet-Rx makes paying for your prescription drugs as easy and convenient as
possible. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American-Express and Discover cards. At what point will
I be charged for an order? Your credit card will be not be charged until AFTER your prescription has
been received and verified by PharmNet Rx.
Can I use my insurance or discount card?
Yes, we accept many popular prescription insurance
plans and pharmacy discount cards. In many cases our prices are lower than your copayment at another
pharmacy. In the event your plan is not accepted, you may still buy prescriptions as self-pay (not
using insurance) then submit your receipts directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. You
can contact your insurance company to determine if this is an option for you.
Can you fill a prescription from a Veterinarian?
Yes, we can fill a pet prescription prescibed
by a licensed veterinarian. Just setup your account, add your pet as a patient then submit your order.

How does PharmNet-Rx protect my privacy?
We maintain the highest professional standards
regarding the confidentiality of patient information. Unless authorized in writing, prescription,
personal, medical or financial information will only be used to provide treatment, to seek payment, or
to perform other specific health care operations. Please visit our notice of privacy practices

What security measures does PharmNet-Rx use?
Whether ordering a prescription or making a
payment, PharmNet-Rx utilizes the latest in security technology to protect your best interests.
Accordingly, we maintain top-level security standards to ensure that your personal information is
protected against unauthorized access, disclosure, inappropriate alteration or misuse. All safety and
security measures are commensurate to the sensitivity level of your information. Electronic client
files are kept in a secured environment with restricted access. Paper-based files (i.e. prescriptions)
are stored in restricted access areas.
How do I make a return?
Only non-prescription products can be returned. It is against pharmacy
regulations to resell or reuse prescription drugs. For more information, please see our returns policy
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please call our customer service department
toll-free at 1-877-MyRxNet (1-877-697-9638) prior to your order being shipped. Due to federal
regulations, prescription drugs cannot be returned once they have shipped out. For more information,
